Coyote Sourdough
I came up with this recipe while doing a video for Sycamore Canyon’s 4th grade class so I am naming this bread after their mascot. 12.5% semolina flour adds a nutty, buttery taste to this white sourdough loaf.
Ingredients: Bread flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), water, semolina flour, salt.
